At the time, I was a Senior Designer in the footwear industry
traveling for inspiration. I was at a stage of evolution in my life where

Wow, I feel more present and connected than I have ever felt

as often as possible, though walking barefoot in the urban world
where there are all kinds of sharp elements often unseen
to the eye isn’t appealing to me.

Our friends, the Bee are an amazing miracle!
The Bee blesses us with their Pollen which is an extraordinary
source of Spiritual or Cosmic Nutrition.

Our great ancestors referred to Bee Pollen as “The Golden Coin”
+ “The Life-Giving Dust” + the “Ambrosia” eaten to acquire
eternal youth. Pollen was entombed with pharaohs, it was used
by the American Indians, and for centuries by tribes in China.

Let’s expand more intimately into the Bee itself a little.
I invite you to remember that I view the universe and nutrition
as Light + Vibration + Frequency + Sound + Energy =’s Symmetry!

Viewing the mastery of the Bees from the architecture of their
hive, we see each cell is six-sided or a hexagram. The genius
and mysticism of this geometrical shape is one of the most
efficient forms in our cosmos.

The Bee is an evolved and empathic life form tuned to our
Earth’s magnetic field, light and Optic Flow (measure of
movement across the visual field). They rely on the
sun as their primary navigation source. What this reveals
is a glimpse into the profound intelligence of what is
encoded in each serving of Pollen we ingest.

The question I am asked most often by people as I speak to groups
and in private consultations is, “Where do I get my protein Dalkoiya”?

In September of 2007 I first encountered a wondrously astounding
fractal image revealing the visuals of an EEG technology called BrainPaint.
I was so inspired I placed this image on my manifestation wall.
Well, to my amazement on Winter Solstice last week I received the
glorious gift to meet Bill Scott, founder of BrainPaint.
Bill is an exceptionally marvelous, loving and
passionate human being.

In February I will be studying, learning and experiencing this technology
with Bill personally. Upon this time I will post another article revealing
what I imagine to be extraordinarily inspiring revelations!

BrainPaint….

In 1975 a mathematician,
Benoît B. Mandelbrot, coined the term “fractal”
and is best known as the “father of fractal geometry”.

Benoit used a computer to plot images of fractals called Julia sets
from the formula z² – μ, which was based on the previous
work by Gaston Julia and Pierre Fatou.

He emphasized the use of fractals as realistic and useful models of
many phenomena in the real world. Natural fractals include the shapes
of mountains, coastlines and river basins; the structure of plants,
blood vessels and lungs; the clustering of galaxies. Man-made fractals
include stock market prices but also music, painting and architecture.
Far from being unnatural, Mandelbrot held the view that fractals were,
in many ways, more intuitive and natural than the artificially
smooth objects of traditional geometry.

nor does Lightning travel
in a straight line.”

This last quote best illustrates Bill Scott’s motivation to find a medium
that could be used to deliver feedback on the complexity of a person’s EEG.
Up until BrainPaint, most neurofeedback systems used linear games such
as those reminiscent of the 1980s. These games only provide feedback
on the linear components of the EEG – frequency (pitch) and amplitude (volume).
This is akin to using a cone to illustrate a mountain. Bill wanted to provide
his clients with feedback on all the textures and
information from their brainwaves.

There was another observation that had been gnawing at Bill.
When he analyzed data from his colleagues and his own research on amplitude
and frequency data, he found insignificant changes in these variables, even
after there were noteworthy and predictable improvements in brain function
as measured by fMRIs, response time to light or sound, and improvements
in continuous performance tests. On the occasions when the slower frequencies
of delta, theta and alpha were abnormally high or low they did appear to
regress to the mean, however, it bore no direct relationship to training direction.
Bill postulates that when the brain is given feedback about its states using
amplitude and frequency the brain in turn extracts information about the
complex shapes of these waveforms in order to develop improved control.
It was as if when the brain is fed information using only consonants it
figures out the meaning by interpolating the missing vowels.
What if we gave feedback to the brain using consonants
and vowels along with punctuation?

Since games are linear in nature, Bill could not use these traditional
methods for providing information on the complex nature of the brain.
Therefore, he chose fractals – mathematical graphs or visual representations
of chaos theory. After all, the brain is a complex system. Bill needed to
couple fractal images with our neurophysiology in order to provide
non-linear feedback on the non-linear aspects of our brainwaves.

Bill first used Fractint to generate his early mathematical formulas,
which allowed him to explore the fractal dimensions of the EEG.
This program proved to be too slow for the animation
needed during an EEG biofeedback session.

Scott Draves then created the Fractal Flame algorithm, which was innovative
in that it mapped out the non-linear functions of fractals, in addition to,
the log-density display and structural coloring. This algorithm exposed
and preserved much more information than previous
incarnations of fractal generators.

Then Mark Townsend created Apophysis, which made Draves’ Fractal Flame
more user-friendly allowing users to create static images that are
manually manipulated to created new static images.

Bill watched all these advancements in fractal technology; however, he
was still far away from a vision he had of his dream EEG biofeedback system.
He had one obstacle left and began developing his own software that would
allow brainwaves to dynamically manipulate elements. If we go back to
our earlier analogy, Scott Draves took a snapshot of the ocean and
then Bill added the wind, gravity, currents and forces that move the tide.
The nature of complex systems is that they are infinitely sensitive to
influence, and this is what Bill needed to capture. It is this life force
that makes up the power of our brain, and Bill married these
neurological influences to a mathematical universe.

BrainPaint has stayed true to traditional forms of neurofeedback incorporating
a game derived from the linear variables of amplitude and frequency.
Layered upon this already proven delivery system, BrainPaint has
added feedback on non-linear data extracted from the morphology
of the EEG. This feedback is represented in the beautiful fractal images.
UCLA Professor Lobsang Rapgay is currently conducting a study on
the efficacy of the BrainPaint system as compared to
tradition neurofeedback for ADHD symptoms.

are not touching the very structure of our brains.
Is there a clue in the infinitely regressing character
of such images that illuminates our perception of art?
Could it be that a fractal image is of such extraordinary
richness, it is bound to resonate with our neuronal
circuits and stimulate the pleasure

Being a hueman that is an Artist + Designer + Innovator as
well as an Optimal Health Consultant I am vividly enthused
when I experience great design.

I have witnessed and utilized many other brands of juicers

As a youngster I recall many events where either a dog or a cat
was licking me with great satisfaction.  I found myself enthralled by
these experiences where I seemed to shapeshift into a living salt dispensor
for these animals’ licking delight and nourishment. It was as though
each of these animals spoke, “Oh thank you dear human
friend for the gift of your salty leg!”

All beings of nature simply require nutrients
vibrant with nature’s wisdom that are pure
and unaltered to thrive.

Salts naturally occurring in the ocean and on land are unrefined and contain
an immense array of essential trace minerals as well as the natural,
pure form of sodium chloride.

Table salt is highly refined, chemically cleansed, and obtrusive to the
human body ecology. Refined salt is designed in a lab with the intention of
altering it’s physical appearance which results in salt that is not pure
sodium chloride and no longer co-creates harmoniously with the body.
What occurs here in essence is a struggle within the system
and degeneration often results.

Sodium chloride or salt is an integral element here on our
planet referred to by many to be one of the essences of all life.
It is one of the five sacred geometrical forms that occur when
energy materializes into crystals. These five forms are
the Octahedron, Tetrahedron, Cube, Dodecohedron
and Polyhedron.  A crystal of salt is a cube.  

Why is this significant?  Well, crystals emit energetic information
that are essential to life here on planet earth and throughout
our infinite universe. A crystal cube symbolizes the solid,
stable and grounding elements of earth which are
necessary for life to feel balanced.

The natural elements found in land salts and sea salts are identical
to the elements that our bodies are created from.  Our bodies are
an ocean of a fluidly flowing solution of salt and water.  
In a vital body ecology the blood is 0.9% – 1% salt.

Maintaining the salt to water ratio is essential for the body’s
extra-cellular fluids, assisting in sending nutrients into the cells,
regulating blood pressure and blood fluid volume all while keeping
the pressure balanced in the lining of the blood vessels.

Salt is essential for……

• Modulating electrolyte levels inside and outside our cells

Salt, specifically sea salt, is imperitive for bowel health….
For optimal hydration levels of the intestines
a balance of fluid and salt is required.  

Too little salt, or hyponatremia, is one of the most common stimuli
for electrolyte disharmony and constipation. Sodium can be depleted by
sweating or urinating excessively, experiencing emotional release through
crying and even by drinking too much water.

For children, blending a natural salt with honey,
agave or yacon syrup in the purest water available is a phenomenal
strategy for maintaining healthy hydration levels. The
taste should be equal in saltiness and sweetness.

In my personal journey of vibrant health I have embraced many
spiritual, raw food, live food, vegan and vegetarian communities.
Here I have had the direct opportunity to immerse myself in food,
culture, and the eating habits of those on an ascended, awakened path.
I have witnessed in even these settings an imbalance where the
sugar intake is too high and salt intake too low. So weeks,
months or years of a person thriving their health in a
committed nutritional path can unexpectedly shift
to experiencing cravings for foods such as pizza
or corn chips and wonder where in the world
this is coming from. “What happened to
my committed nutritional path?”
they may ask…

I passionately believe salt is the remedy here.
Our body temples need an equilibrium of salty, bitter and sweet properties
to be vibrantly healthy.

My research into this realm of salt reveals that sea salt,
specifically Celtic Grey Sea Salt contains the highest trace mineral content.  
Himalayan Crystal Salt is high in mineral content as well, though
not as high as the Celtic Sea Salt.  They are both tremendous
nutritive additions to your optimal health strategy and I
encourage you to explore them both for yourself.
