I feel enthralled to share a recipe creation I call Seacado™.

Avocados are truly one of the most significant fruits available to us.
This fruit is a phenomenally rich source of essential oils, vitamins and minerals.
They assist the body to modulate blood pressure and cholesterol levels.
In addition, avocados contain the amino acid lecithin which attunes the liver.

As a one food source, avocados offer massive nutrients for our physiology.

When I feel my body signaling for nourishment, I simply listen to
what it is asking for. As an example, Seacado™ is a result of
what my body was calling for today.

This is a dish great to eat when I need a lot of sustaining energy for the day.

Preparing with live food is a magnificently enjoyable art expression for me.
I am always amazed at the spontaneous creativity
that spontaneously emerges.

The ingredients I choose for all my food creations are the
most extraordinary quality I have found at that moment.
I invite you to choose the same for an ecstatically
satiating nourishment experience every meal.

———> Medium to large glass, ceramic or wood bowl for preparing
———> A ceramic or other sharp knife
———> Wood mixing spoon
———> Tablespoon
———> Teaspoon


Ingredients
———> 4 medium organic Hass avocados
———> 2-3 tbsp of a high quality organic olive oil
———> 1 tsp of Udo’s Oil DHA 3-6-9 Blend
———> 1 tsp of organic Palm Oil
———> Half cup of organic sprouted sunflower seeds
———> Half of a fresh organic Meyer Lemon
———> Half a package of Sea’s Gift Seaweed
———> 6 – 8 Sunfood Herbed Olives
———> Half a tsp of Kyolic Aged Garlic
———> 1 tbsp of Nama Shoyu Organic Soy Sauce
———> 1 tbsp of Crystal Manna Flakes
———> 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds


Preparation
———> Mixing bowl + wood spoon
———> Add avocados
———> Add olive oil
———> Add Udo’s Oil
———> Add Palm Oil
———> Add Kyolic Garlic
———> Add Nama Shoyu
———> Squeeze in Meyer lemon
———> Pour in sunflower seeds
———> Add Sea’s Gift Seaweed
———> Add Crystal Manna Flakes
———> Lovingly mix all together with your wood spoon
———> 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds (garnish)


Serving
———> Serve over vibrant leafy greens of your choice
———> Nourishes approximately 2 people as a main dish
———> Blissful Gratitude!
