———> 1 cup Raw Organic Hazelnut Milk or Raw Cashew Milk
———> 1 cup spun water (Vitalizer Plus)

Superfoods
———> 2 tbsp Sunfood Raw Organic Cocao Powder
———> 1 generous tbsp Organic Coconut Oil
———> 1 generous tbsp Vita Mineral Greens
———> 1 tsp Raw Organic Maca Extreme
———> 5 or so Raw Organic Cacao Beans
———> 1 tbsp Organic Nettle
———> 1 tbsp Organic Bee Pollen {local to your region is best}
